A repeat client from Lakeland, Florida, brought his 2014 Toyota Prius to Tunes-N-Tint for an upholstery upgrade. He wanted us to install a custom leather seat kit with a few personalized accents. We sourced a premium kit for the customer and worked with him to personalize it the way he wanted. Once the kit was ordered and we received confirmation that is was being shipped to us, we scheduled an appointment to do the installation.
The client chose the leather color and finish. The sides and bolsters are a solid textured leather and the insert sections are perforated. To really make the kit stand out, without being gaudy, the client chose yellow thread and a French stitch pattern to match the yellow paint on the vehicle.
We removed the seats from the Prius, disassembled them on our bench and installed the new leather kits. Once all the seats were done, we reinstalled them back into the vehicle.
Our long-time customer was once again thrilled with the results. He loved the way the seats looked and was happy to have the interior looking fresh, new and unique.
