A client from Plant City dropped by Tunes-N-Tint in Lakeland with his 2008 Ford F-250 after seeing an advertisement for air horns in a local circular. We talked to the client about what he wanted and suggested a set of Kleinn three-trumpet horns and a Viair compressor to power them. The client liked our plan and gave us the go-ahead to schedule an installation.
We mounted the air horns and compressor to a metal mounting plate and secured it inside the factory spare tire under the truck. This mounting location doesn’t take up any extra space and protects the horn and compressor from damage.
