A client from Lakeland, FL, contacted Tunes-N-Tint about making some upgrades to the interior of his 1992 Mazda Miata. The car came with cloth-covered seats and the client wanted to update the look of the interior. We met with the client and looked over a few options in terms of reupholstering the seats. We showed him different color options and some of the available patterns. The client decided what he wanted, so we ordered the seat leather kit and booked an appointment to install it.
Installing a leather kit takes a bit of time. We have to remove the seats from the vehicle and disassemble them so we can remove the factory cloth. Once they are stripped, we can install the new leather kit. The client chose black leather with a white French stitch. To make the interior unique and even more special, we had the word Miata embroidered into the headrest portion of the seatback.
